Clients must read and agree with the terms and conditions before booking an appointment.


If a mobile appointment has been requested there will be an extra travel charge depending on the miles travelled.

Any parking/toll expenses will be charged to the client.


Payment will be requested upon arrival. Cash or a bank transfer made by the date of the appointment will be accepted. If the client is unable to pay on the day this must be made clear to Lily and she will not be able to go forward with the appointment.

If there is any uncertainty of the cost of appointments, please visit the services page where the prices are clearly stated.


In the unlikely event of Lily cancelling the appointment all payments made by the client will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made by the client must be made with at least 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time. Any deposits paid will not be refunded, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation charge.

Clients should arrive/be ready for their appointment on time. A client arriving late may lead to cancellation of the appointment, in which case there will be no refund of any payments already made to Lily. If a customer is running late Lily should be informed immediately.

Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to inform Lily of any known allergies or skin sensitivities they may have prior to the appointment.
